A Fight For Your Life

Prevention is better than cure.  Well, yes, that’s such a cliché, but not everyone does practice it.  It’s like you are in a boiling water and you wanted to jump out of the container because the water is already burning your skin.  When you are already in a crucial situation, you’re very eager to get out of the trouble, though in fact, there are things that you may have done to avoid those unfortunate things to happen.

In the case of having a deadly disease like cancer, there are also preventions and some measures that you should take in order to have a healthy and cancer cells-free-body.

You will probably sober to learn that you have a one in eight chance of getting breast cancer.  Now is the right time to take a look at your lifestyle and take steps to reduce your own potential for this disease.

Provide your cells a healthy environment.  This includes proper hydration levels, a healthy ph balance, proper mineral balance, the absence of toxins, proper oxygen levels, etc.  An upset internal environment balance will make your immune system weak.  Your cells then will become stressed and your body can develop diseases, including cancer.

An acidic ph balance, improper diet, lack of exercise, low water consumption, improper breathing and high toxic levels are the factors that can contribute to an unhealthy imbalance cell environment.

Monitor your ph balance.  A reading of 7.0 is a good one when you test your saliva ph in the morning before eating or drinking anything.  If your system is too acidic, it will result to excessive fatigue, weak kidneys, easy weight gain, excessive stress, reluctant weight loss, constipation, aches, pains headaches, malaises, proneness to catching cold, mental confusion, and even lack of clear thinking.  Research shows that cancer cells thrive in an acidic environment.

One way you can do to fight these diseases is by keeping your body’s pH balance in an alkaline range.  Here are few ways to your body into the best shape that you wanted.

Eat alkaline-triggering foods like fruits and vegetable, but avoid those vegetables grown in mineral depleted soils.  Limit your diet for very acid-triggering foods like meats, fish and poultry.  Eat reasonable amount of acidic eggs, dairy products, and carbohydrates like pasta, breads and cereals.  Follow this kind of diet to produce an alkaline environment for your cells.

Your thoughts contribute to your body’s environment.  Tests have proven that your body produce acids and destroy proper pH balances whenever you show strong negative emotions like pent-up anger and bad reactions to stress.  Research shows that lack of control over stress has negative effects on immune function and contribute to tumor growth.  The best thing to do is to relax and learn to handle your stress more effectively.  Refresh yourself by getting plenty of rest and relieve stress’s effects from you body through exercising.

Manage your body’s oxygen levels.  Your body falls into an anaerobic condition when body pH balances falls below 7.0 and this also leads an acidic organ.  When this happens, you body become susceptible to many disease including cancer.  The lack of proper oxygen in the body contributes to a cancerous environment.  This was proved by Otto Warburg, Nobel Prize Winner with his work, “The Prime Cause and Prevention of Cancer.”  He explained there that when any cell is denied for about 60% of its oxygen requirement, cancer occurs.  Instead of normal oxygen respiration, the cells experience a fermentation of sugar, which feeds cancer cells.  Research shows that cancer cells can’t exist when there is enough oxygen.

You can increase your oxygen levels by breathing properly and deeply and exercising regularly to increase cardiac flow carrying oxygen to the cells.  Cancer doesn’t thrive in this healthy internal environment.

It is a fact that a great percentage of the body is made of water.  So this means that every system in your body depends on water to function properly.  An improper consumption of water is a factor to an unhealthy cellular environment.  Your body can’t absorb nutrients and vitamins when you lack enough water.  You’ll become dehydrated, constipated or have more kidney stones and urinary infections.  If you become dehydrated, your blood gets thicker; your heart has to work harder to circulate it.  Your brain feels sluggish, and you will have trouble concentrating.

Aside from a healthy cell environment, you could have other rewards as you balance these areas of your lifestyle.  You could lose weight, sleep better, have more energy, have better hair and skin, and enjoy a greater level of wellness that you have ever experienced.

Though genetics really play a part in the statistics of your probability of getting cancer, you do have control over other factors like your lifestyle which can contribute to the chance of acquiring it.
